Weight Approximation:

All weights displayed for meat products are approximate pre-cut weights. The final weight may vary slightly after cutting and trimming, based on preparation requirements and standard processing.

Final Weight and Pricing:

The shop will determine the final weight of the product after cutting. The price will be adjusted to reflect the actual weight provided to the customer. Any updates will be communicated before completing the order.

Cutting Preferences:

Customers can specify cutting preferences at the time of order. Changes or special requests may affect the final weight and cost. Once cutting begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be accepted if the cutting process has already started.

Quality Assurance:

Sahara Halal Meat guarantees the freshness and quality of its products. If a customer has any concerns about their order, they must notify the shop within 8 hours of receiving their order for assistance or resolution.

Delivery and Pickup:

For delivery orders, the shop will confirm the final weight and price before dispatching the order. For in-store pickups, customers are encouraged to verify the final weight and price at the time of collection.

No Refunds for Minor Weight Variations:

Weight variations within a reasonable limit (e.g., +/- 5%) due to trimming and preparation are expected. Refunds or disputes for such variations will not be entertained.

Customer Responsibility:

Once the order is picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage and handling of the product. The shop will not be liable for issues arising after this point.
